Michael serves as the firm’s President and Managing Director and has more than 30 years of experience representing businesses, executives, institutions, and entrepreneurs throughout New England and beyond. He is known for delivering practical, strategic advice and helping clients navigate complex business and legal disputes efficiently and effectively.
Michael’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, employment law, shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate governance, insurance coverage and defense, restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, and contract negotiation and enforcement. In addition to litigation, he regularly advises closely held businesses and leadership teams on risk management, business operations, and strategic decision-making.
He regularly appears in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has successfully resolved hundreds of matters through trial, arbitration, and mediation. His experience includes disputes involving corporate governance, mergers and business dissolutions, shareholder and partnership conflicts, successor liability, construction and land use issues, intellectual property disputes, tax abatement matters, insurance coverage litigation, and complex commercial contract claims.
