Litigation Paralegal – Manchester, NH

Manager of Electronic Discovery Services – Manchester, NH
Apply HereThe Manager of Electronic Discovery Services is responsible for championing and overseeing the Firm’s litigation support efforts through the use of technology and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. This includes developing and honing processes and procedures and applying industry trends and technology. Works closely with the litigation practice group, outside law firms and vendors.
Manages document intensive litigation projects and supervises document review teams (as needed). Responsible for designing/administering, implementing, and maintaining Sheehan’s litigation software environment. Provides training to the group and end users on eDiscovery software use and eDiscovery project management. Confirms the accuracy of the documents and exhibits for trial. Oversees/manages the daily operation of the eDiscovery group and coordinates special projects.
Ensures that project/team milestones/goals are met, incorporates best practice and adheres to approved budgets along with other tasks as assigned. Stays abreast of changes in eDiscovery related technology. Manages budget related to litigation technology.
Trusts & Estate Planning Paralegal – Manchester, NH
Apply HereOur well-established Trust and Estates team is hiring an additional paralegal. Based on experience, this position will take on appropriate responsibility for drafting basic estate planning documents, probate filings, trust administration, funding, and related materials. Additional responsibilities include preparing and filing court documents, conducting asset inventories, and communicating with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions. The role also maintains records, conducts research, and prepares and organizes documents and correspondence, along with other tasks as assigned.
