Paul maintains an active corporate and commercial real estate practice. He regularly represents clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses and real estate, the drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, license agreements and real estate leases, corporate governance matters and lending transactions. Paul has particular experience in the manufacturing, hospitality and service industries. As part of his practice, he serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately-owned businesses. Paul is a former Chairman of the Board of Media Power Youth, a Manchester based 501(c)(3) organization, which teaches young people to consume and create digital media in a safe and responsible manner.
